British Pest Control Association

British Pest Control Association (BPCA) is the UK's leading trade association for pest management. We provide support and a voice within the sector to over 700 member companies and 3,000 affiliates.

At Clearwell, we take our BPCA membership very seriously and work together with the organisation to train and retrain our technicians regularly to ensure we operate at the cutting edge of pest control in the UK.

The Confederation of European Pest Management Associations (CEPA) are recognised as the intermediary between the pest management industry and European institutions and, on top of this, have developed EN 16636 – the benchmark of quality in our industry. EN 16636 outlines the requirements for the reduction of harm and damage caused by pests, with a view to protect public health, property and the environment.

Being CEPA certified means we have met these requirements – something which not many pest control companies in the UK can claim – and operate in a way which satisfies international standards.

Safety Pass Alliance

The SPA provides a nationally recognised standard of Health and Safety assurance for Contractors, Agency Staff and Employees.

The Safety Pass Alliance (SPA) operates with a range of industries to develop bespoke courses. These are designed to enhance knowledge at multiple levels. Approved trainers who meet the standard deliver the courses nationwide and abroad and assess individuals knowledge through exercises and assessments. Passports are awarded to those who pass and meet the requirements.

All Clearwell technical staff are fully trained and SPA accredited so all our clients can have the peace of mind to allow them to work knowing both they and other staff will be safe.
